Eight weeks - how satisfying does that sound? And somewhere, deep inside, my baby is starting to look like a baby and not like a fish. Hooray! I had a scare yesterday, with an absolutely tiny amount of ever-so-slightly brownish-pink stained discharge (sorry for the detail!). All gone now though, symptoms as fun as ever and cervix absolutely clamped shut, so I think all is OK yet. I'm also DETERMINED not to give in to a spirit of fear over this pregnancy.
I'm not sure if I like this Blogger business yet. It feels so much less friendly than diaryland. But it's easy to use and reliable. Diaryland is such a relatively small community though...and I've been there since the days when an online diary was a really weird idea. I'm lost amongst all these great and good blogs!
Maybe I will link from Diaryland, and see if I get some readers. Readers definitely help!
Feeling odd today as transitioning home from holiday. I love both home and holiday, but the middle bit is rather peculiar.

Thank you for the link!!!!! :D I honestly nearly CRIED when I clicked on it and saw a blog for Pea!!! I have been pining for a Meg's Pregnancy Diary these last 4 weeks!
Urgh, I'm sorry that you're feeling so sick. It still seems so weird to me that it's YOU experiencing real morning sickness, as for so many years you've commiserated with me about mine and yet had no experience of it yourself - and now here you are!!! So very exciting! It IS yeurghy, but of course very reassuring!
Thanks so much for your comment at my diary - I totally take it in the spirit with which it was intended, and agree 100% that there is a middle ground - thank you for reminding me of that. xxx
MORE POSTS please!! :) I loooove reading about pregnant Meg! :D :D :D
Hello!
Found you! - I kind of knew you wouldn't be pregnant without blogging about it - and Alice kindly supplied the link ;-)
Oh! Is this Beyondmeg Meg? So happy for you! And yay another pregnancy blog to read! *slaps it in RSS feed*
Congratulations!
Oh, Congratulations, Meg! I'm so excited for you... I'm putting you in my reader as well and can't wait to keep up with your little Pea's progress. Sorry about the nausea - I had it this time too and it's no fun, but honestly I an say it's a distant memory now.
